The Cyprus Weightlifting Federation would like to express their deepest appreciation towards all the athletes and coaches who have participated to the 2017 Pan-Cyprian Championship on Sunday, 16 December.

First place at women got the Thelma Christoforou from Limassol, second place Dimitra Ioannou from Cosmopolis Association and third place Nikoletta Demetriou from Arena Association.

First place at men took Dimitris Minasidis from the Association of Achaean Coast, second place Alexander Amanantidis also from the Association of Achaean Coast and third place Antreas Konstantinou from Association of Achaean Coast.

Also, in the middle of the Championship we had a presentation of the Paraolympic Weightlifting on Bench, with participation of two athletes, Maria Kalimera at 41 body weight category and Marios Lambrou at 80 body weight category.

At the end we would like to express our deepest appreciation to our guest Team GBR, for their participation to our Championship.
